Guest guest
Doris, your distress over keeping on the diet is very typical and a struggle that many individuals combating candida experience, so do not feel alone! It becomes a matter of discipline and how much of a priority it is to you to regain your health. Some of us are devestated by candida to such a degree that our daily lives are drastically impacted. This provides motivation to adhere closely to the program. Additionally, it is a good idea to transition slowly into the program and diet over a period of time. Don't be too hard on yourself and start by eliminating certain foods that are detrimental to health and feed candida on a gradual basis. Don't try to stick to it all at once, it usually results in break-downs like you have been experiencing. I hope this helps you in some way.
