Dear Sue,

The electrolyte drink is in my main article and also in the Recipes

Folder. It is simply 1/2 the juice of one freshly lemon plus 1/4

teaspoon of ocean sea salt mixed into 6 ounces of water - drink 6

times a day (3 with meals to aid digestion).

I've started taking the electrolye drink and am reacting to

Should I still do the recommended amount of salt (1 and 1/2 tsp.

total) in 6 oz. of water six times a day?

Yes, I'm pureeing them - not adding anything but butter and celtic

sea salt.

I'm not at the point of writing a success story yet as I'm new at

this. By " changing my life " I mean my thinking, outlook and the

confirmation that I can trust my body to heal if I give it what it

needs. A for instance: I've always known my body wanted a lot of fat

but was told from so many sources that I had to skimp on it. Now I'm

listening to my body and eating lots of fat - I do well that way.

I'm most excited because this isn't only a candida diet but a

healthy way to live. I like putting it in that context.

Care

Yes it can. Each morning I fill a large pitcher with about 40oz filtered water,

add 1.5 tsp of

celltic sea salt, and 1/3 cup pure organic lemon juice--I find it too wastefull

and time

consuming to squeeze lemons. Then I just drink from it all day--if I need more

fluid I just

add some water to the batch.

, it is best to squeeze fresh lemons rather than using organic

lemon juice which often contains mold. Nothing replaces the real thing.

I also use organic no-chemical lemon juice as I dont'

have time to squeeze either. Found some lemon juice

in bottles at whole foods.

Hi Irene,

I found this just now as I was looking through the files:

* * Electrolyte Drink – Minerals are the building blocks of the body and a

lack of them will cause cravings as well. A good ocean sea salt like Celtic

provides over 84 minerals, as well as “good” salt which is required by every

cell in the body. Whenever you get cravings sip on the best electrolyte

drink in the world, which is ¼ teaspoon of a good ocean sea salt like

Celtic, and the juice of ½ a lemon mixed into 6 ounces of water.

* Increase Digestion – A lack of important nutrients will also cause

cravings, so it is important that you increase your digestive capabilities.

The wonderful electrolyte drink above is excellent for increasing saliva in

the mouth and hydrochloric acid in the stomach. Drink 3 6 ounce glasses

with each meal. Protein also increases hydrochloric acid in the stomach,

and “good” saturated fats help the body pull nutrients out of the foods you

eat. Protein and saturated fats also stimulate the gall bladder into

dumping its contents into the digestive tract. In fact bile acids are made

in the liver from cholesterol. Saturated fats also contribute to a healthy

lining in the intestines.

My question is, can I used lime juice instead of lemon juice?

Thanks,

a
