they cannot always be avoided. Some are used to keep the capsule or

tablet from sticking to machinery. Natural Factors Vitamin B Complex

is good, or you can take Nutritional Yeast Flakes, 2 tbl per day in

water - you can buy it in the bulk bins at most health stores. I

think Nutritional Yeast Flakes are better. Even though they have the

word yeast in them they do not feed candida.
