Guest guest
Over the past few days, I started to have symptoms of cravings again and hungry for food that I shouldn't be eating. I am also very bloated. I did add sauerkrat to my diet a few days ago. Would sauerkrat do this to me? Should I keep on eating it? Thanks!! Lynn Hello Lynn, ***Bloating is caused by candida overgrowing and also by candida being killed off because it puts out carbon dioxide(gas). Bee's " Die-off Symptoms and How to Handle Them " would be very helpful for you to read right now along with " Curing Candida, How to Get Started " . You can find them on Bee's new site http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com. Hope this helps. :-) Debra NW

I always assumed that the probiotics kill of some of the candida too, and then when they died they caused the gas. Is that not correct? They would just pass out of the body if they aren't able to implant in the intestines. Luv, Bee
