Guest guest
Another similar question is will we ever be able to have milk or cheese or cream again? Of course, if I ever started drinking milk again it would be only raw milk. Also, I would like to know, if I got pregnant in the near future, should I drink milk for the natural calcium? Or would it still be better not to? Thanks. After you add probiotics to your program, your die- off symptoms have minimized a lot (probably takes about a month) you can start with small amounts of non-gluten grains, i.e. 1 buckwheat pancake eaten with lots of butter - the recipe is in our Files. If you keep the amount small per day and do okay you can have more. You shouldn't change anything else when you start on them so you know whether you are reacting to them. If you are okay on small amounts for 5 days you can have some more. But your ratios of protein to fat to carbs should stay the same. So yes, you will be able to add dairy products other than butter when your candida is cured (some people can start adding small amounts of hard white cheeses when they have gotten through die- off symptoms after probiotics are added). Hopefully you would get pregnant after curing your candida so that you can pass on a very good " nutritional status " to your baby, which the baby also obtains from the father. This happens " upon conception " - Dr. Weston A. Price writes about this in his book " Nutrition and Physical Degeneration. " Then, yes it would be important to have raw dairy products. Guest guest
Thank you Bee for your answer. I have Dr. Price's book and have never read more thorough research like that anywhere else. I also have Nourishing Traditions, which I hesitated to buy at first, but once I got it I could not put it down, I love it. I have an 8 month old son now on the raw milk formula recipe from that book and I followed the natural diet while pregnant and my son was born big, strong, and healthy. Yes, I should wait a while and heal more before I get pregnant again, also to rebuild my vitamin A store. I loved being pregnant (it was so easy for me) and love having a baby so I look forward to another. I have another question about cream. Since there is no carbs in cream, it is all fat, is that ok? I think it is not. Thank you. > > > > Another similar question is will we ever be able to have milk or > > cheese or cream again? Dr. Price writes that primitive groups spaced their babies 3 years apart. > I have another question about cream. Since there is no carbs in > cream, it is all fat, is that ok? I think it is not. Thank you. ==>Cream is not all fat, no matter what any containers report - it contains protein, fat and carbs; see www.fitday.com.
