Warning: Fried Chicken in Coconut Oil

After eating 3 pieces of chicken yesterday and a few squash slices

fried in coconut oil, I am having major die-off today! OUCH, I feel

like I have a bad flu! I'm also dizzy. I'm on day 4 of the Baking

Soda Treatments and so far so good.

It was delicous but I think I might need only have once piece a day

and include it in my daily coconut rations.

I'm off to do some die off treatments~
