Guest guest
Hi All, I should really get my thoughts together before I post, I just thought of one other thing. Way back when I didn't know I had candida, I was sensitive to all kinds of soaps. But a friend of mine gave me a bar of goats milk soap with rosemary and thyme for Christmas and when I used it my skin wasn't as prone to irritation. I was trying to be vegan at the time so I only used that one bar. After it was gone, I didn't purchase another one, even though I probably should have since it helped my skin so much. But I just realized something. Goat's milk, rosemary and thyme all have antifungal propterties! No wonder it helped my skin. Just thought I would share.
