Hello Sophie,

I no longer have this problem but when I did this is what I did to alleviate

the problem:

* Make sure you wear a loose white colored cotton under ware (the dye in the

dark colored under ware can be a problem for some people)

* Also, make sure you don't wear tight nylon pantyhose because they cause you

to sweat and the moisture can give you problems

* To keep the area dry its best to wear a light pad
