Help with Supplements

Hi Bee,

I was just reading the post to Nick telling him to ensure he gets

betaine hydrochloric acid tablets and not

hydrochloride.

I must of missed this advice, I am waiting on an order I placed last

week from the US and I now think I have ordered the wrong ones.

This also makes me think I could have made mistakes with the other

items I ordered.

Bee could you have a look at the following list and tell me which are

OK and which are not, especially the Betaine HCL.I have included a
