Guest guest
Hi , I couldn't tolerate butter initially but could tolerate ghee. Perhaps after a while you won't have such a reaction to butter. Always start small doses when you try again Joni > I forgot to mention in the last post that I eat ghee, at least 4T a > day, just fine without any reactions or nightmares. If I was reacting to butter as a healing food (and having a nightmare), why wouldn't I react to ghee as a healing food (and have a nightmare)? > > Thanks, Bee, for your insight. > Recent Activity 31 New Members 2 New Photos 3 New Files Visit Your Group Health Fit for Life Getting fit is now easier than ever. Did you just not have it for a while or did you have small doses and increase slowly despite having a reaction? I can't tolerate butter or ghee, not even 1/8 of a teaspoon but I wish I could because I love it and miss eating it. Thanks, a
Guest guest
Hi a, Well my liver (somewhere in between my 2 shoulder blades) hurt so bad. Because I was anxious to get well I took alot after that to speed things up. Big mistake, I had fever, sore throat, body aches etc etc. After I recovered I was wiser so I took ghee(small quantites) and later on tried butter(start with 1/4 tsp).Ghee does not give me liver pain But yesterday after I had dinner with butter, I felt pain in my liver(right hand side of the ribcage. I have been cheating for 3 days consecutively and am paying for it, I think because I also had diarrhea. Today no pain and no diarrhea. Hope this helps Joni Hi Joni, What was your reaction to butter?
