Hi Bee & group...how interesting, your comment that toxins are

stored in fat to protect vital organs ! Would that explain why I

haven't been able to lose 20 lbs ? Does my body know it should hold

onto that weight til I get rid of toxins ? And will the diet & supps

gradually break thru it ?

What about members who are losing weight...does that mean they are

gettng rid of toxins faster than those of us with extra pounds ? or

are they in poorer health because they don't have fat to trap the

toxins ? I sure hate the bloated abdomen & I'm real tired of my

fashion statement which is stretch pants & baggy tops, lol.

Thanks for everything. Susie

==>It isn't just a matter of getting rid of toxins. It's a matter of

overcoming candida. That is because candida toxins cause thyroid and

other organ malfunctions which are involved in hormone production, as

well as making the cells go rigid so that hormones aren't as able to

get into cells where they are needed to do their job. Sometimes weight

issues are related to low thyroid and adrenal function and utilization

of hormones.

==>Also some people may have emotional or mental issues related to

weight which have nothing to do with the body. We have to remember

that the mind does influence us a lot, but the first step is to build

up your immune system which will turn candida around.

==>Some people can be in poorer health because their bodies didn't

create enough fat to trap the toxins. But then other people may have

been better able to detoxify in spite of candida toxins. There are too

many factors that can be involved in weight issues to speculate what is

happening.

==>Susie, I understand how tough it is. Remember that even if you do

not lose the weight you will still be healthier. I believe today's

body image is very unreasonable and unjustified. Your body also needs

fat to take over production of hormones after menopause or removal of

ovaries, etc. A flat stomach doesn't necessarily means the body is

healthy. Afterall bodies are naturally round. Look at paintings of

naked women in the 1300s and later which showed women with very round,

almost obese looking bodies. Were they unhealthy? Was that the body

image of those times? It gives one good " food for thought " in any case.

The best, Bee

Bee, I should've mentioned I have a benign nodule in my thyroid

gland & blood work comes back neg. yeah right ? I think it's pooped

out & I'm working on thyroid & adrenals.

Further, regarding the 20 lbs I can't lose, I don't care about my

size & besides, I'm tall, can carry it. The problem is the bloat &

weight begin up high in my midriff, causing difficulty breathing if

I wear a bra. (One doc Rx'd an inhaler 2 yrs ago)when all along the

problem was bulge, chest pressure, bloat, not my lungs. OK, I'll try

to appreciate the 20 lbs if it's encasing toxins for now. Susie

==>This program will help your thyroid and adrenals a lot.

==>That's good Susie.

==>Susie, your bloating will minimize a great deal as you progress

because candida puts out a lot of carbon dioxide (gas).

==>I find doctors are really off the wall when it comes to proper

diagnosis, which is because they are so focused on diagnosis of

individual symptoms that they can't stand back and access the situation

logically.

==>And I think bras are one of the worst inventions of the modern age.

Due to modesty reason I wear one, but wish I didn't have to.
