Guest guest
Bee, In the Treatments folder there's an article called 'Adrenal Malfunction and how to improve it' . There's alist of things to do, for adrenal tapping it says to cup the hand, for thymus it just says to thump it. # 9 - Cup your hand and tap hard on the skin overlapping the adrenal glands for 2 minutes daily. #12 - Stimulate your thymus daily by thumping it every day – your thymus is located just behind your breast bone. Using your knuckles thump it 20 seconds per day (about 20 times). Thump it firmly but not too hard so it hurts. Just wondering if it's ok not to cup the hand or if a fist or some kind of tool would be too hard. Elyse Bee wrote: > ==> Elyse, do you mean adrenal tapping or thymus tapping?
