I think you'd know if it was a hernia because it would hurt whenever you moved. It could be a collection of toxins. I suggest you soak in Epsom salt baths and apply oil of oregano or clove oil mix in coconut oil liberally. Bee
Guest guest
Hi to Bee and everyone, I went to the doctor and he said I had a Inguinal hernia. He said that the only way of repairing an hernia is through an operation. Even though Im aware that an hernia surgery should be rather " safe " but I would not like to go through surgery or even less complicate my candida because of this(medication, nerve pain, swelling etc...). The doctor told me that there is no way to repair a hernia naturally and that I had to do surgery. Any recommendation would be appreciated. Thanks Leonardo > > > > Hi to Bee and everyone, > > > > I have lump near my right groin, Im starting to think it could be a > > Inguinal hernia . It does not cause any pain or itch. Guest guest
My son had an umbilical hernia when he was a newborn. We cured it with Homeopathy. I can't remember the remedy but a qualified practitioner would. You could give that a try.

I'm glad you got it checked out so you know what you are dealing with. Here's a guy who has avoided surgery on his Inguinal hernia, who was also told his only choice was surgery: http://www.falconblanco.com/health/hernia.htm ==>However, this guy is missing nutrition information about how to build healthy cells, particularly how important natural saturated fats are, i.e. butter, coconut oil, lard, etc., etc. All of the body's cells need to be constructed out of 50% saturated fat, except lung cells which need 100%, so it would be very important for you to eat the higher ratio of natural saturated fats. ==>Also candida toxins damage cells, making them go rigid so they are not as able to absorb nutrients nor get rid of waste. So do focus on curing your candida! ==>You might want to wear a truss, specifically made for the area, in the meantime as well. But get some good instructions about when to wear it and when not to because it is not beneficial to wear it all of the time. ==>This guy was doing exercise, but it must be done very very slowly and cautiously. If you strain yourself you're back to square one. I suggest you stay on this program for at least 6 months before trying exercise, and only do walking in the meantime. I hope that helps you Leonardo. Please keep me informed as to what you are trying and how you are doing. The best, Bee
Guest guest
Thanks for the information and link Bee, I really appreciate it. Also thanks to for her reply. Sure candida will still be my main focus. Now that I have read the files on hernia on your site I am pretty sure there a connection between ibs and inguinal hernias too. Whenever I have a stressed day my ibs and hernia grows but when im fine both of them dont show. I will keep you updated on my progress. Thanks again, Leonardo

Good for you! Bee
