I figure it would probably be to boil 1TBSP per cup and steep for at least 20 minutes, then drink 5-6 cups? I want to have it for bloating. Thanks, > ==>There is a general recipe under Drinks & Teas for herbal teas - I can't recall the amount but I believe 1 tbsp is too much.
