Hello Bee,

So glad to hear you had a great Christmas with your family. :-)

I have a question about the Coffee Enema.

Years ago while I was waiting for a job opening I worked in a coffee

and gift store. All day long I ground coffee beans making blends of

fresh ground coffee and lattes, etc. to sell the customers. I have

never been a coffee drinker, so did not drink any, but the lattes and

espresso's were fun to make.

Not long after I began to work there my body began to swell to bigger

clothing sizes, I gained weight and my appetite decreased. I wasn't

feeling my best and one day when I came home from work I lay down to

rest as I felt a bit out of it.

The next thing I knew I was desperatly trying to make it to the

bathroom with an intense feeling I was going to loose everything at

both ends.

When I was making my way out of the bathroom the phone rang as I

passed it and I managed to answer it. My friend was on the other end

and she wouldn't let me hang up until help came. I sunk to the floor

and began to fade out. I could hear her in the distance but could not

respond or even hold onto the phone anymore.

The paramedics came and rushed me to the hospital. I had a very bad

reaction to the coffee I was grinding at work and my body was

absorbing the coffee dust and oils through my skin poisoning me. I

had come close to death. I was so thankful the phone rang when it did

with my friend on the other end to save me.

I am wondering if the coffee enema you suggest would be a good idea

or not for me. What do you think? I have not done an enema before and

was hesitant about doing one, but the memory of my bad reaction to

coffee years ago has me wondering if it would be too risky for me.

If I am not able to do a coffee enema is there something else I can

do that would have the same or similar results for the liver, gall

bladder, etc?

Thanks so much Bee. :-)
