Guest guest
I've got all kinds of new supplements now, and I'd really like to get a good supplement regimen down. In the past, I've taken supplements 4x daily, and I'd like to stick with that if at all possible. Right now, I have: 1,000mg C w/bioflav 100mg niacin (that I can split with a pill splitter if I have to) B-50 complex A & D (10K IU A & 400 IU D) Omega-3 fish oil capsules (1,000mg fish oil per cap) Chlorofresh ascorbic acid crystals magnesium citrate (400mg) calcium citrate (300 mg) Are there any of these that shouldn't be taken with each other. Does it matter if I take any of these with food or on an empty stomach. I don't think I've missed anything, but it's certainly possible. I have this little jobbie that lets me lay out my supplements for the whole week, and I have 4 spots per day. I like to take my supplements at 8:30a, 12:30p, 4:30p & 8:30p. I usually eat around 9, 1, and 6, and then I need to eat a little something right before bed to manage my blood sugar. (I'm pre-diabetic, and if I don't eat a snack right before bed, I have higher fasting blood sugars the next morning.) Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. in IN

The fat soluble > vitamins A, D & E work together with other fats and omega-3. Cal & > Mag are always taken together, as well as B complex and niacin. Thanks! I have a 400 IU E supplement too. I just forgot to list it. (I KNEW I was missing something, but I just couldn't see it for the life of me.) Hopefully having all the supplements will make a difference for me. (I've just been muttling through up 'til now with what I've had on hand.) Thanks again! in IN
