Guest guest
Congratulations Andy. It's great to hear a story of someone feeling better and having more energy! Can you tell me where and what brand of Chlorofresh you are using? I think I am getting to the point where I can add that. Thanks 7 weeks, 5 days on plan. > Just wanted to mention that over the past 2 weeks I am feeling as good > as I have felt in close to 2 years. Last week I started doing the calcium/magnesium/vit-c supplements along with a table spoon of coconut oil daily and that has seemed to add to this energy increase. > > I rode my exercise bike for 15 minutes today and had no breathing > problems. Over the past 2 years riding the bike has triggered shortness of breath and anxiety attacks. ==>Hey Andy! That's excellent news! Congratulations to you and your wife. > > Hoping this post does not jinx me. But thought it was pretty cool that a few minor changes like this can have such a profound effect on quality of life. ==>It won't jinx you because this is the kind of success many people have on this program. Did you check out our Success Stories? (you can find them on my website: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com And while we're at it, may I please post your message in our Success Stories too? Guest guest
Hi , we bought the natural flavor Chlorofresh. Think there was a mint flavor too but can't remember for sure. We found it at Wild Oats. If you do an internet search for " chlorofresh natures way " you will see its available from a lot of places. Enjoy! Andy > > Congratulations Andy. But be warned that I have a habit of seeing major improvements when first trying things and then those improvements seem to go away or get cancelled out by some new problem. Thus my jinx comment. My guess is the fine tuning of my diet per your diet may result in more lasting change but too early to know for sure. Fingers crossed, knock on wood!! Guest guest
Another interesting thing I just noticed is I am not hungry all the time like I used to be. I seem to be going longer between means and snacking less between meals. My impression is the coconut oil is a big part of this. Tho just a guess. You would be changing your body over from running on carbs/sugars to running on natural fats which require much less body energy to digest and utilize than any carbs. Good fats are the very best energy source for the body. Meat, eggs and natural fats are also so much easier for the body to digest than carbs of any kind. Great huh? The best, Bee
