Thanks! ==>You do have candida in your stomach and your throat. My symptoms didn't go away overnight . Ensure you are taking enough enzymes along with the ocean sea salt & lemon drink with meals, and at least 1- 2 tbls of unheated sauerkraut or kimchi. Also there are treatments in the Thrush Treatments article (in the Treatments Folder) that will help alleviate that glob in your throat. Do not use H202 for throat symptoms however, only use those you can swallow. Bee
Guest guest
Hi Bee, Thanks for the reply. I have been a zealot about everything since day 1, but it sure feels like Im getting worse and worse. Since I never had ill health before, its been very anxiety producing to experience my body so out of control since starting I have heartburn and globus all the time, it just gets worse when I eat. When its really bad I dont want to eat because there is so much pressure in my chest. Oh well. I have tried all the stuff in the files. Its been going on for two months without change. Oh well Thanks again jessica > > > > Anybody experience these on your *healing path*? Oh well : ( Thanks again jessica ==>, you will have better success if you do the 9-day program like I suggested. The symptoms you have are candida in your stomach, throat, probably esophagus, etc. Recently two of our members did it, and they found it helped them a lot. Don't give up now. Please read articles in the Healing Naturally folder so you understand that natural healing isn't pleasant, but it will pass and you will be better of in the end. But it is extremely important that you follow the diet correctly, and that you take all of the supplements recommended (and that you do not take supplements not on the program) - it all works together. Guest guest
, its been very anxiety producing to experience > my body so out of control since starting I have heartburn and > globus all the time, it just gets worse when I eat. When its really > bad I dont want to eat because there is so much pressure in my chest. , I have candida and I also am very sensitive to stress. What you are describing is really familiar to me. This past summer I was experiencing much stress (I also suffer adrenal fatigue) and I began to fear eating because anything I ate or drank gave me this closed feeling in my throat and chest - almost like something was clamping down in there. It felt like I wouldn't be able to breath or at least get my full breath. It was very scary! I finally went to my N.P. and she believed it was high stress/anxiety. I began to pay attention to my anxiety levels and within a few days it really decreased. Now it happens occasionally when I'm anxious or overtired and since I know what it is I'm not as frightened. Yours may be candida related. I just wanted to throw out another possibility. Anita T.

When its really > bad I dont want to eat because there is so much pressure in my chest. , Since posting I've been thinking through my response and remembering more of my own story. I'm wondering if perhaps your fear of the globis/gerd is causing your throat to constrict more? That's what happened to me. I have multiple chemical sensitivity (which is related to candida) and on a number of occasions I had a reaction to a chemical and then prolonged the reaction by adding a ton of fear and anxiety to it. Also I'm remembering when I first started taking coconut oil I went way too fast and ended up with symptoms in my throat which kept me awake at night - it was so scary. I reduced the dose right away and treated the " die-off " reaction. Anita T.
Guest guest
Thank you Anita! Its not really a closing off feeling, its that feeling Ive had in my life when I swallowed a big vitamin and it *sticks* in my throat, right at the top of my chest where my clavicals meet. This started two months ago and just continues. The medical term is globus, and it is associated with women btwn 30-50 who are under stress - lol. Yes, Im more anxious than Ive ever been in my life due to the increasing symptoms since starting candida treatment. I am trying to focus on treating the anxiety, as I see a big link btwn anxiety and some of these symptoms. The heartburn started 3 weeks ago. Anyway. I will go through the western medicine hoops to make sure its not something more serious and then persevere Thanks again! jessica > > Since I never > > had ill health before, its been very anxiety producing to experience > > my body so out of control since starting I have heartburn and > > globus all the time, it just gets worse when I eat. The throat sticking thing, my upper stomach was always weak, i suffered with anxiety before beginning the program, but nothinglike now. So i feel you... I did the whole western med thing too just to be sure. I did have gastritis, ulcer and h. hernia so there was my confirmation! I also tried anti anxiety med's b4 beginning this program. I didnt like the effects of that either. It's kinda like things come in waves...once the one wave comes in it always goes back out..but there is another wave awaiting to come in but also that wave will go back out.. eventually, i am told and hole faith to it, things will even out unless we do someting to create a wave again.. I look forward to the peaceful horizion that lies ahead. It has to be there because I believe... Good luck to you and know you are by far alone...
