Hi group

My name is Stella. I have been reading this list for a few weeks and

am really enjoying the learning and the lovely energy of this group.

After reading all the info on the group, and Bees wonderful site, I

now understand the the causes of the health issues that have plagued

me all my life. I am now in the process of getting my diet sorted, and

developing a taste for coconut oil.

I have a question about supplements. Dr Weston Price talks about a

mineral supplement called Azomite. I have discovered that I can buy

this locally. Here in Australia, it is certified as organic, but due

to our draconian licensing laws has not been approved for human

consumption.

Does anyone on the group have any experience of taking this.

I would appreciate any thoughts or comments
