Guest guest
I've been using the Organika Full Spectrum Plant Enzymes but I don't think they're working. I've tried some other brands before that too, but I haven't found the right one for me. A friend of mine went through this where she tried several brands and after all that it turned out the Swiss brand is what works for her. Odd since I thougth Swiss weren't high quality. Anyway, I'd appreciate some suggestions from people on this list about which digestive enzymes seem to be better. Elyse

Guest guest
Another good one is by global health trax. Our family started taking them maybe 2 years ago and they have wonderful results. My BIL had crons disease and they helped him a bit and his MIL is the one who recommended them. So we introduced theminour family and my son did well with them also, He is 7 years old so we reduced the dosage but helped his gastric situationa lot. I dont take them do i cant vouch for it personally, just what i have seen around me. Happy New Year!
