to say I was quite miserable for 2-1/2 days) My face broke out in a

very bad rash down the T-zone (it has done this before when I get into

anything even faintly related to sugars or starches, etc., but this

is really messy) I have stayed on sips of legal fluids for the

duration (that's all I could tolerate) Last night I had my first solid

food. I am concerned about my facial skin, any ideas? I am putting

nystatin creme on it right now. Thank you.

==>Hi Marjorie. Flu-like symptoms are also healing symptoms caused by

candida being killed off (die-off) and they also occur when candida is

overgrowing. The symptoms are created by the body in order to clear

out toxins. Rashes are very common because that's the way the body

gets rid of toxins, also the body externalizes healing to the skin to

protect vital inner organs. The fact is that you cannot " catch "

germs, bacteria, viruses, etc. - please read articles in the

Folder " Germ & Antibody Theories Are False " to understand why.

==>Nystatin creme is not as helpful as coconut oil because the rash is

not necessarily fungal in nature. You need to consume enough good

saturated fats to help the body detoxify and they are very healthy for

the skin in particular. The rash will not subside until you get your

candida under control, i.e. diet plus supplements per my main

article " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " - in the files (left

menu) 1st folder. Also see the articles about Skin & Nails (separate

folder in our files).

==>What do you mean by " legal fluids " ?

Cheers, Bee

Hello: Thank you Bee, for your response to my inquiries. Many have been so

conditioned by medical and pharmaceutical industries that finding your wonderful

material is like taking a 180 degree turn! I am still working on all the

valuable info you have made so readily available to us. What a blessing you

are. What I meant by 'legal drinks' was lemon, ginger, clove, etc.

I have bought some organic coconut oil and will be applying that now. Thank

you again. Marjorie.

Marjorie
