Funny, but my daughter never had trouble with it, and she's soooo sensitive to

everything. This company makes top quality products, with no extra fillers -

maybe that's why she's OK with it. Maybe the magnolia is only in small amounts,

who knows? BTW, I liked your e-mail to . You sound cool too!

A word of caution here: I see it contains Magnolia. I tried that for

anxiety and promptly returned it: it made me super hot and I'm heat

intolerant! I can't even imagine if someone's got hot flashes what it

would do to you!

You would probably respond well to light therapy. The sleep disorder is due to

the pineal gland getting screwed up by all the toxins floating around in your

system. My daughter used to stay up to 7 AM and then go to sleep till the

afternoon. It was totally awful. She started sitting in front of a special

lamp for about a half hour every morning, and then her body started to recognize

again the difference between dark and light. I feel for you!

Thanks so much for the kind words Eileen! :-)

Yes, everyone reacts differently to stuff. Actually what I tried was

the concentrate extract of Magnolia aka " Relora " and it was in tablet

form. Plus I'm heat intolerant. Put me in an igloo and feed me

ice-cream, I'll turn on the A/C and chill happily.

Someone who is cold intolerant might enjoy the Relora, we're all

different. Sorry I didn't disclaim this properly! ^ - ^

Maybe I should try Tranquinol sometime, if it's not Relora... I have

the worse sleep disorder ever! (Days nights reversed and powerless to

change this for years!)

Chris.
