Hello all, Happy 2007...

anyone on this diet running or involved any other endurance sport/hobby? I

know that we are not to push ourselves while healing, but I AM healing and

finding new adventures that I have been missing for my entire life.....anything

I have read about endurance training involves eating illegal foods while

running, etc. Just checking if anyone has other options rather than the idea of

carrying salmon in my waist pack (LOL)! Oh, I do keep water with sea salt and

lemon with me while on the longer jogs....5 miles plus......
