Guest guest
Hi Janey, I can understand how frustrating it is for you....have you taken a look at and/or tried any of the suggestions in the " Help for Depression & Anxiety " artcle or the article about how to help with Irregular Heartbeats? They are both located in the " Treatments " folder in the files. Also, I can't stress enough the importance of deep breathing. Breathing deeply, getting breath all the way down into your belly and the bottom of youir lungs will stimulate the body's own natural relaxation response. There is also an article in the files on breathing...but I'm a yoga instructor, so I know from personal experience (and experience with my students) how important and easy deep breathing is!!! I know the files are extensive, but there is almost always an answer to almost any question in the files. hth, jackie > > boy am i tired of waking up with the racing heart and always being on edge. > maybe i should go for a colonic? teas, something?? > thanx in advance. I caution anyone not to get professional colonics. Often they are too forceful and invasive, with many practitioners recommending too many in a row. Self-administered enemas are best. > > ps: i haven't started any B's. i have B complex 50 mg from solgar... will this help? ==>B complex is very important for stress, along with the recommended amount of vitamin C. Guest guest
Hi there, the waking up with racing heart for me was part of my mercury toxicity symptoms. I know candida also can do it. I guess they both have an effect on the nervous system/brain to a large degree. Abnormal responses, overexaggerated reactions etc. Not sure what to suggest, other than to ask if you have mercury amalgams in your teeth? It might be another possibility. > > boy am i tired of waking up with the racing heart and always being on edge. > maybe i should go for a colonic? teas, something?? > thanx in advance. > > ps: i haven't started any B's. i have B complex 50 mg from solgar...will this help? > > janey >

Guest guest
Yes I am severely so (though had amalgams out nine years ago). The problem is, since certain things have happened, my body basically stopped healing from it. I was going well at one point years back, but all manner of things have occured to hurt my immune system. I also cannot chelate now because of recent antibiotics. If i try, it just makes matters even worse. > > had amalgams removed 2 years ago. i know i'm heavy metal toxic. > are you? > janey >
Guest guest
You can also wake up with a racing heart if you are dehydrated. I have night sweats real bad and if I wake up dehydrated I find my heart races until I get my fluids up to par. Deb
Guest guest
> > how much of b-complex should i start with bee? > janey ==>Hi Janey. Take 50 mg twice a day. But I just revised my recommendations about the kind of B vitamins to take, however you can finish taking what you have. I am recommending Nutritional Yeast Flakes, instead of Vitamin B Complex tablets. I just posted a message to about it. Nutritional Yeast is in the subject so you should be able to find it easily. I'm just not sure how much is needed daily, but I think it is 1 tablespoon twice a day. Also take a minimum of 50 mg of niacin in addition, but even 100 mg is okay too. Niacin is so important for oxygenating the body and for removing radiation and other toxins from the body. As a side note: Niacin is one of the many good treatments for cancer because cancer can't grow in the presence of oxygen, but sugars and high carbs must also be eliminated - cancer also feeds off of sugar and high carbs just like candida. If i try, it just makes matters even worse. Hi, is that ? You do not need to chelate because my diet naturally chelates out heavy metals, mostly because of the high nature- made fats. Even Hal Huggins, the world's most controversial dentist because of his stand on trying to convince dentistry to stop the use of mercury in fillings, states that butter chelates out heavy metals, and so do other good fats and oils. Guest guest
my husband will wake up in the morning and while still in bed after 30 minutes or so he will be cold and clammy. What is causing this? Betty Re: [ ] Re: a quick fix for anxiety?? > > You can also wake up with a racing heart if you are dehydrated. Guest guest
Janey, You might also look at what else might be over stimulating your system, for example wether you're still drinking coffee, or what you're for last your meal. Guest guest
Hi, I just read this post this is my first time to the candida support so Hi nice to meet everyone. I am a singer and deep diaphragmatic breathing is really really good. Learn to breath using your diaphram muscle between the space that the ribs join together above your somach. If you strenghen that muscle like any other muscle in the body it works better and helps you to get the air right down into the pit of the stomach. As humans we often breath up into our chests and our organs and lungs do not get enough oxygen and we can often feel lethargic and tired because we need that oxygen to funtion and our organs do too.. When you practice it takes time to get used to so keep trying and you will get it, make sure your shoulders and chest do not move when you breath and that you can see and feel with your hand your diaphram and stomach coming right out with each breath and in when you breath out.... it feels and looks like the air gong straight to the pit of your stomach.. good luck it does help to relax.. Also I had the same problems and panick attacks when I was really bad with candida, and now if I eat a food im allergic to.. A good Vitamin B Complex really helped me and " Rescue Remedy " a herbal spray helps me too... watch that what you are eating is not giving you the nerve attacks as the foods we eat can have things in them that cause nerve reactions... stay away from sweetners (951) as this attacks the nervous system and was giving me really bad panick attacks when I tried it instead of sugar.. hope this helps.. shell jahlstrom78 <jahlstrom@...> wrote: Hi Janey, I can understand how frustrating it is for you....have you taken a look at and/or tried any of the suggestions in the " Help for Depression & Anxiety " artcle or the article about how to help with Irregular Heartbeats? Allergic reactions are exactly the same list of symptoms as healing reactions - go figure. Please read articles in the Allergies Folder to understand how misunderstood this whole subject and how harmful it can be to avoid good foods, i.e. certified organic free-range eggs from hens fed their proper diet. ==>There are processed foods on this diet which can cause attacks of the nervous system like MSG, carrageenan, nitrates, sulphites, dyes, flavorings, etc., etc. Please read my article sent to you when you joined which will help you understand what this group is all about, because that article is the basis for this group as written in the Introduction sent to you when you joined.
