==>Hi . Sorry I forgot about it. I think you should use

ConcenTrace brand minerals instead - available from Radiant Life. If

you do an archive search I think I posted how much to add to water

awhile ago.

Hi there,

Sorry to be a pain and keep going on about this one - I searched the

archives, you said about 30 drops of Concentrace per litre of reverse

osmosis water. Should I use the same amount for distilled water or

more?

Also it's low sodium concentrace I was going to get.

Is this still going to work for treating the distilled water for

enemas? I thought it was important to get the balance of sodium in

the water just right so the enema doesn't just all get absorbed into

the body.

Thanks again,

xx

==>Yes you can.

==>Many specialist recommend using distilled water only for any

enemas so adding ConcenTrace is okay, or use distilled water without

adding it. It won't hurt you.
