Fat on meat: good or bad?

Hi Bee!

Is the fat on meat recommended for us to eat?

Like I made pork and there was fat on the rim of the cut and I ate one

bite of it. Is this a good saturated fat like lard or bacon fat?

Also is it best to get lean beef patties or the ones with a maximum of

fat? I'm confused now. I think the fat in beef comes from grain fed

meat but not sure if grass-fed beef makes fat. So is that " beef fat " a

healthy saturated fat or not?
