Guest guest
> > First of all I would like to congadulate Bee and Debby for the awesome website! It's very easy to navigate and full of great info--very addicting! I have been referring people to it left and right! ==>Fantastic. Thanks so much ! > > Maybe this is a dumb question, but I feel like I am going to eat myself backrupt! My appetite has really increased within the last few weeks. When I started the diet in Nov '06 I was eating around 2000 cals a day. Now I am easily eating 3000 despite my small frame (5'0 " , 100 pounds). My weight is normal--in fact I've gained about 7-8 pounds the past few months. (I used to be slightly underweight). Weight is not an issue with me, and I am DEFINETELY feeling better. I can really feel like I'm getting some strength back. So I am just wondering if an increased appetite means anything. ==>Increased appetite is a positive sign for sure! Keep up the good work! > I used to have a lot of digestive problems before this diet, and would carbs all day and get physically full, but never satisfied. Now I am eating lots of good fats and proteins, but not a lot of veggies(about 2-4 cups a day). If I eat too many I feel bloated. I really love coconut oil and butter as they are the staple in my diet, I actually crave them and have no problem getting enough fat. My ratios are usually about 79% fat, 19%protein, 2% carbs. Recently I just feel like a bottomless pit!! lol. Any insight would be greatly appreciated! ==>Do not be concerned about it. Your appetite will level off as time goes by.
