I'm confused now. I think the fat in beef comes from grain fed meat but not sure if grass-fed beef makes fat. So is that " beef fat " a healthy saturated fat or not? ==>Any nature-made fats are great! Beef fat is called tallow. Chicken is lower in fat and you need to eat more fat with it, and the highest in fat is pork. All fats are a bit of a mixture of types of fats, but that gets very technical, but all nature-made fats are good, not man-made fats, except extra virgin olive oil. Guest guest
WOW! This is insane and I love it, thanks Bee! :-) My roommate sees me eat and goes " gross " . I told him " it's about replacing obsolete erroneous info with accurate one, and it's all in how I talk to myself about the food! " LOL! Thanks . I'll look up that Nourishing Traditions one of these days! I've started scooping up the bacon fat with a teaspoon right off the pan and ingesting it! YUM! I'm still burning fat and looking better every day! I can't wait to go out in the real world and have dinner with someone: Me: " Hey are you gonna eat that pork fat? " Them: " No. " Me: " Can I have it? " I better bring a camera for the look in their face, I tell ya, it's gonna be a Kodak moment! ^ - ^ Chris. > > > > Hi Bee! It is insane compared to modern day propaganda and lies. I find it insane that no one stops to think about it. They just doggedly follow like sheep to the slaughter. How do they think our ancestors ever survived eating so much nature- made fats? > My roommate sees me eat and goes " gross " .
