Hi Phil

Coop America has a free download of the seafood safe list. It includes toxins

and

environmental issues with the fish. I keep it in my wallet when I shop b/c there

are so

many species of seafood. Here is the link:

ensure it is packed in olive oil or spring water, and not soy,
