Guest guest
> > Hello, last night after eating dinner (usual--chicken, CO, green beans, sea salt, water, lemon) the palms of my hands and the bottoms of my feet became really hot. This used to happen quite often--so uncomfortable that I would hold ice cubes, but it really subsided since starting this diet. I assume it is connected, but I cannot figure out how! anyone else with this? Also, the only thing different about last night's meal is that it was later than my usual time for dinner. This was another thing I stopped telling people because they thought I was a little freaky. ==>Hot feet and hands is related to circulation which could be involved with healing the body needs to do. Heat means more blood is going into the areas involved. It could be retracing symptoms because of all the times your hands and feet got cold in the winter. It is nothing to be concerned about since it is not happening as often on this diet. Bee

My patients were always complaining if I touched them while starting an IV or checking a pulse. I finally started on Niacin, but the flushes were uncomfortable and people thought I was suffering from measles or something. My nails are no longer purple, and your story makes me hopeful that this program can bring heat to my hands. Do you take the non-flushing Niacin, b/c I know it exists. How long after taking the Niacin did you get that raging flush last night? Thanks everyone who's been kind enough to answer my meriad of questions. I'm hanging in there. I'm sort of in mourning over this new eating style. Yes, I feel better, but I miss oatmeal, rice, barley, etc. I'm getting tired of eggs. God Bless... Fats will slow the release of niacin into the symptom, but they also help your body utilize and absorb it. > > Thanks everyone who's been kind enough to answer my meriad of > questions. I'm glad you are feeling better. As times goes by you won't miss grains as much. I understand about getting tired of eggs. Finding creative ways of making them helps. Have you tried the raw egg drink? I never get tired of it. ==>My sister is an R.N. and she used to live in Boise, Idaho. She has lived in Albany, Oregon for about 5 years. Yes, Bee, I was delighted to discover this, as I had no other treatment option available before I learned it was from yeast. > Have you tried the raw egg drink? What area of nursing does she practice? I do neonatal intensive care, labor and delivery and surgery, while my spouse does cardiac care. Guest guest
Bee - Did you know that Raynaud's is caused by candida? > > Yes, Bee, I was delighted to discover this, as I had no other > treatment option available before I learned it was from yeast. ==> that is mainly because candida toxins cause all of the body's cells to go rigid and rigid blood cells can't make it into the small capillaries in the extremities very well. Bee - My sister is an R.N. and she used to live in Boise, Idaho. She > > has lived in Albany, Oregon for about 5 years. > Great to know, what does she think of this alternative program? ==>My sister thinks it's a great program and she also doing many things I recommend with great success! She was on HRT and went off it. She takes coconut oil, and the supplements, and has switched over all fats to nature-made. > I'm sure seeing your recovery has banished any doubts she may have had. ==>I recovered from my candida in the mid 1980s on Dr. Crook's plan, but since I got on the internet and discovered the Weston A. Price Foundation and The Optimal Diet sites, along with many other goods ones I've formulated this program. > What area of nursing does she practice? ==>Hospice. > I do neonatal intensive care, labor and delivery and surgery, while my spouse does cardiac care. She lived in Moscow, Idaho when she got her nursing degree (she was on the Dean's list). >God Bless you too, Thanks so much, Bee
Guest guest
This biochemistry stuff is rather interesting, isn't it? I do not take niacin.... this just happens on it's own. Prior to the start of this diet--if I had a glass of wine or anything with alcohol, it would happen within 3 to 5 minutes. I would also develop a very raspy voice along with it. Thank you bee. Then it is definitely connected to healing symptoms because candida toxins are mostly alcohol. Bee
