Guest guest
I just wanted to thank all of you for replying. I was so surprised to ehar that not getting colds means your immune system is depressed. I always thought that fact I never got them showed I was physically healthy, even if my digestion has always been terrible. Never once since I started work have I had to have a day off because of anything other than my stomach...wow...I am learning more and more about my body through this programme. It scares me but it also enlightens...No wonder I have suffered for 24 years!! Good thing is I have started craving meat and butter...I still struggle with the coconut oil, just smelling it gives me a headache...does that mean I am not ready for it yet? I still force myself to have a tablespoon a day...in little teaspoon servings..its a start...but eating this way actually makes me feel so much mroe satisfied. In the past after eating carbs I always used to get protein (meat) cravings...thought I was being weak (low fat diet). Now I just love it!! I still get heaps of carb cravings..but if I think about how awful my tummy feels the minute I cheat...its not worth it...I react so quickly. I have a long way to go yet though and I know that...and I am prepared for the healing reactions, in fact I am kind of looking forward to them...will know I am on the right path...though I hope they are mild and dont result in more sick days from work... Anyway, thank you everyone for your support. I am happliy on track... Lelita
