Guest guest
Hello. Long story short. I am recovering from bronchitis and a sinus infection. My upper lungs were hurting and my head felt horrible. So, I did the vitamin c flush friday (a total of 14 at 1,000 mg each) -- and did not have loose stools. So, I continued today (13 at 1,000 mg each) -- and no loose stools yet. What I am is feeling better. My nose has been dripping, which is good compared to the green snot I was sneezing out earlier this morning. I've been doing the garlic drink as well. And went into the archives and learned a few other things too. My question is this: Do I need to do the flush tomorrow? I do remember reading about the woman who took 62 Vita C's... And continue doing the flush each day until I get loose stools? Thanks --------------------------------- Get your own web address for just $1.99/1st yr. We'll help. Small Business. You should improve with 13-14 mgs daily, and when you get well do not stop taking that much vitamin c suddenly - gradually lower your doses. Also with your symptoms you can take 100,000 IU vitamin A daily, and keep taking it for a few days after you feel better. Also ensure you are taking cod liver oil or fish oil, whatever the case may be, along with the other supplements. Bee > >
