Hi, I have been having some gum problems related to stopping smoking

and the periodontist wants very badly to put me on antibiotics. I

declined because of the postings that you both did in October relating

to tooth abcesses and garlic and the like. Thanks for sharing,

Priscilla

==>Hi Priscilla. You were very wise to deline taking antibiotics.

They are toxic and will make candida overgrow, sometimes with only

one perscription. This diet will help build up your gums because of

the nature-made fats and other nutrients. The fats are very

important for building proper cell membranes; most of which should be

constructed out of 50% saturated fats. Ensure you are taking all of

the supplements recommended too. You can also do many of the things

in the Thrush Treatments article, found in the Treatments Folder.

==>I recommend you do not floss your teeth, which damages the gums,

and that you use a soft toothbrush with natural toothpaste or baking

soda and sea salt mixed together and made into a paste with hydrogen

peroxide. Or only use H202 on your toothbrush.
