Her stools are soft enough, but there is a lack of peristalsis in the colon. It must be common to candida sufferers because a friend of mine with candida overgrowth also has this. How do you restore peristalsis? Thank you. > ==>Eileen, to restore peristalsis and stengthen the intestines she needs plenty of nature-made fats, i.e. butter, coconut oil, etc. per my article. She should also have them in the correct ratio per my article, and also see the Candida Diet Folder for how to calculate ratios. She should eliminate all grains, seeds, nuts and legumes, sugars (including fruits, except lemon & lime), all processed foods, etc., etc. just like my diet recommends because it will help her bowels more than anything else.
