> I had been taking garlic for about 6 weeks for my antifungal and

had no die-off. I tried one drop of Oil of Oregano in coconut oil

and the first food I ate after it gave me diarrhea within a few

bites. I have had diarrhea with every meal since. I took the

oregano for about 3 days and stopped. I have not taken it for about

10 days and still have the diarrhea when ingesting food. I have

been ingesting only bone broth and the egg drink for two days,

trying to get my gut back to health. I have not had diarrhea for

over a year when being on an anitfungal and restricted diet. Was

this die-off or just too strong for my constitution? Any other

suggestions? Thank you and Happy New Year!

==> , if you have had diarrhea in the past your body could

be re-tracing too per Hering's Law of Cures (in my main article). I

do not believe the Oil of Oregano was too strong for you, unless you

were also taking garlic or another antifungal, in which case you

would be taking too much (a person only needs one of those strong

antifungals in addition to coconut oil and Pau D'Arco tea). You

could stop the strong antifungals for a while and just have CO. But

your body seems to need to detox right now.
