supplements be the cause?

==>Hi Lynn. Welcome to our group. Our bodies only require " trace

amounts " of copper so taking supplements can throw off mineral

balances big time. I can't say it would directly cause constipation,

but I recommend you stop taking them and see if it makes a difference;

but it may take about 5 days for minerals to level out in your system.

==>Greying hair is caused by a lack of minerals, particularly trace

minerals, but they should be obtained from a good diet like the one I

recommend, plus ocean sea salt which contains all trace minerals, good

filtered water like I describe in my main article, etc.

==>If you eat a high carb diet it will cause constipation,

particularly grains, seeds, nuts and beans that are not properly

prepared prior to eating them. Fibers are not good for us, despite

what the food industry and some health practitioners and doctors try

to make us believe.

The best in health, Bee

Thanks!
