Guest guest
Since giving up my beloved oatmeal, I too have been left eating mostly eggs - but you can top them with a variety of things - salsa, a tomato based chili with veg's. I also sautee a bunch of mixed vege's to have enough for a few days - so I don't have to prep them every morning
Guest guest
> Since giving up my beloved oatmeal, I too have been > left eating mostly eggs I too used to have oatmeal for breakfasts but got used to eggs. I saute spinach and garlic and make eggs sunny side up. Boy when my husband saw that he was getting up early in the morn to join me. The best way is to have Bee's Raw Egg Drink which also contains fats - the drink can be adjusted to the level of fats you can tolerate because both butter and coconut oil are antifungal - here's the recipe: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/recipes/recipe167.php ==>Also bacon is great if you can buy a good one without nitrates, sulphites, sugar, etc. as described in my Candida Diet No Nos list on my website. Unfortunately there are no grain substitutes. Those who don't have eggs or bacon for breakfast eat what they do for other meals, i.e. meats, veggies, soup, etc. It takes a little adjustment to think of breakfast like any other meal however. The best in health, Bee
Guest guest
I have Bee's egg drink every morning for breakfast. It is so good, and the fact that it's a liquid really helps because I have no desire for solid food in the morning. I use very little water...only about 1/3 cup...so it's like a milk shake. I have it at 7am, walk a mile to work, and don't need luch till about 1pm! Hope that helps > > Hi, > > I am new to the support group and have just started the diet, I was > wondering what people are eating for breakfast? Rice milk is made with bad oils and fats and rice itself is a grain which is not allowed on this diet. Oatmeal is a grain which contains gluten, and bananas are fruit, which are not included on this diet. ==>My dear friend you do need to read the article sent to you when you joined, which is " required reading " . This group is so busy, and myself and the moderators work full-time, have families, etc. so group members need to read the basic information so we do not have to spend so much time answering questions. You can also do site searches on my website with any word and get information about it, or search our Message Archives. I actually had a few more questions but i'll earch before i ask anything from now on. Please excuse my newby behavior lol. Again thanks for the info on the rice milk,as i had no idea it was not good for you.
Guest guest
Hello ? I am just curious if you read the initial emails that you received when you joined the group. That is what Bee is referring to as " required reading *before* posting " . She has taken quite a bit of time to write out these emails and detail every little step you need to take on this plan and in which order. Furthermore, when you go to the main page of the group you will see a link on the left that says 'FILES', if you click on that there is a WHOLE wealth of information there. One file has ENTIRE foods lists stating YES foods and NO foods. Basically if it is NOT on the YES food list, then don't have it. My suggestion - print those 'require reading' emails out, print out the files from the home page, read them, and you will find most, if not all, of the information you need is there. I read them at the table during meals as I am SO busy with homeschooling, running an online business, accounting for my husband and just running the house in general - this was the only time I could find to do it ! Good idea *as you mentioned* is to search the archives at the group also, again.. reading the files at the home page and the emails sent out when you joined is vital to your success. hope this helps. in the UK On 4/18/07, hamerreda3 <yelorado@...> wrote: > > > > > > ==>My dear friend you do need to read the article sent to you when > you > > joined, which is " required reading " .
