Guest guest
Wow! This is so fantastic Sue! Your post gave me a big boost and motivated me to continue. It came at a good time, as I was having a pretty bad day and hanging in there with teeth and nails; it was the worse day of the week. Today is better (calmer, cravings less obsessive/intense, etc. etc.); so hopefully I am starting to turn the corner and those dreaded cravings are on their way out. So far so good. Keep up the good work! Yours in good diet/lifestyle. Fran :- )

But it just came together for me and i am so grateful for feeling better and learning to deal with it in whatever ways i can, be it the diet, drinking the drinks we have, using some of the detox methods we have available to us, or taking the supplements; it just all works when you give it time. Keep us the good attitude because that is what it is all about. When i feel overwhelmed I just keep on looking up tot the skies, because that is where it all is! Happiness in health to you! Guest guest
Hey Sue, As I posted to Debby, the key for me was to realize/remember how well I have been doing with the diet otherwise than snacking on not allowed foods between (good) meals... looking at the glass half full instead of half empty -- seeing this one point as simply a last stumbling block instead of a big overpowering mountain. Now, I keep looking at it in proportion to the whole and see that it is not that much (important especially when I (still) get cravings). Take good care, Fran :- )
