Hi bee,

When I eat too much fat I can get a very bad migraine

that will quickly turn to nausea and then I will vomit

yellow bile. Or I can just get a bad headache on

usually the right side of my neck and the top of my

shoulder. also there can be a fullness in the area of

the right side.

This does not happen everytime I eat fats .

==>Hi Jess. Your bad migraine and subsequent nausea and vomiting is

not caused by eating fats. Some fats are antifungal so they kill

off candida and it is the candida toxins that cause migraines,

nausea and vomiting. When I first started on the candida program in

1985 I had severe reactions to candida toxins in my system. For a

period of time I could only eat 9 foods in the whole world

(everything else came back up so I had no choice). Candida puts out

over 79 toxins and most of them turn into alcohol in the body. Your

symptoms are very similar to those that a drunk experiences when

they've overdosed on alcohol, i.e. headaches, nausea and vomiting.

Fats are not the cause, candida IS.

Hi Bee,

I am aware of the symptoms of candida. I am getting my masters and it is really

hard for

me to get up the energy to study with my foggy memory . It makes me laugh to

think that

I am constantly intoxicated by the candida buggers!! I have been researching

candida for a

long time as my mother had it before.

This is why I have to disagree here about candida causing these exact symptoms

for me,

as I had issues digesting fats before I ( or my mother) had candida . I know

that

headaches, nausea and vomiting are symptoms of candida, but these symptoms with

the

vomiting of bile after ingesting larger amounts of fat are directly related to

gallbladder

issues.

I am pretty sure I have gallstones and that is why I am getting an ultrasound

to determine

this. I know that this diet alone will not dissolve the stones as I was on a

very similar one

before.

I know you do not advocate flushes, but there are certain flushes that help

soften the

stones and make them easy to pass, I am considering doing one if it turns out I

have

gallstones.

I know that they are hard on the body when it is dealing with candida but what

else should

I do?

I guess I am coming from a more Chinese medicine approach here as I am in

school

getting my masters in chinese medicine and I have been in contact with many

practitioners

and teachers at my school, though they have recommended trying an herbal formula

first.

I have been getting regular acupuncture as I can now needle myself and save $$

:)

I think that sometimes things are different for different people, I just wanted

to explain

my situation a little more.

I appreciate all of your input and help.

Thank you,

Jess

Jess, that is good you are getting your gallbladder checked out.

Most people nowadays have had candida since birth.

I believe liver and gall bladder flushes can be dangerous.

To help your gall bladder and liver consume good fats which prime the

gall bladder and help the liver produce cholesterol from which bile

is made.

HI bee,

I was raised in a natural home, my mother is a macrobiotic chef and I have been

eating

extra virgin olive oil and only good fats my entire life. I was not on any

antibiotics growing

up and was very very healthy. My candida arrived after a surgery and being on

pain killers

that weakened my system and then antibiotics. I don't feel you are answering my

question

though, just stating the same info.

I am going to do a flush I'll keep you posted :)

If anyone is interested here is a great book to check out.

The amazing gallbladder flush by andreas mortiz. I am not advocating doing

them, it

depends on where you are at. Knowledge is power.

Hi Bee,

I was really encouraged to read your comments to Jess that fats don't

cause migraines, bu that Candid does. You wrote " Some fats are

antifungal so they kill off candida and it is the candida toxins that

cause migraines, nausea and vomiting. ....Candida puts out over 79

toxins and most of them turn into alcohol in the body. Your symptoms

are very similar to those that a drunk experiences when they've

overdosed on alcohol, i.e. headaches, nausea and vomiting. Fats are

not the cause, candida IS. "

I also read the article you emailed to me about candida not permitting

the hormones to enter the cells. This article caused me to wonder if

my 26 year old migraine problem has anything to do with candida. I've

had a continual candida problem for about 31 years.

Would you please tell me if hormonal migraines can be triggered by the

change in hormones around period times and be influenced by candida?

My hormonal migraines are disabling and I always experienced worsening

candida symptoms in the week prior to a period.

==>Yes, candida definitely affects the production, utilization, and

transportation of hormones throughout the body, particularly around

period times when hormones levels are changing so much. In fact

Candida causes PMS symptoms. I have given seminars to PMS Groups and

the cure for both is the same. When you give your body the nutrients

it needs it will heal itself!

I used to get severe migraines too, before curing my candida. They

were so debilitating that my neighbors had to watch my children

because I would be passed out on the couch. If you have had

migraines for 26 years it will take 26 months on this program for

them to stop; it takes 1 month of natural healing for every year

you've been unwell; natural healing starts when you are completely on

the diet and taking all of the supplements, and you've eliminated

toxins, particularly birth control pills, drugs, and processed foods.

Even after curing candida it is important to maintain the immune

system at normal so it won't return again.

I had vaginal yeast for over 25 years and it took me over 2 1/2 years

for it to stop.

==>Hi Kathy. All of the oils, fats, fat soluble vitamins A, D & E

and omega-3 essential fatty acid work together with protein (eggs) in

your body so what you are doing is fine.

I also have the egg drink every morning, and I take my cod liver oil

and vitamin E along with it.
