Guest guest
It's been over a week now since my one year old son had a bowel movement, and the last one was fairly hard and painful for him to pass. I have been able to get him to take a little more butter and coconut oil (with a little CLO snuck in than ususal as well as extra bone broth. But now it seems like his next bowel movement is ready (he's been having tiny little amounts of poop in his diaper) but he's really fighting it...holding his little cheeks together and just having fits. I've been rubbing his belly and trying to keep his legs and belly muscles moving, but it's so obvious he doesn't want to poop. What can I do? Can I give him an enema, or a natural suppository? What about putting a thermometer in his rectum for a few minutes? It's so sad to see him in pain like this.
