Good morning Bee,

You mentioned taking bone broths for lethary and exhaustion. Do you

mean the beef bones specifically or is the chicken broth ok?

feet, and it is loaded with minerals and gelatin. But do ensure bone

broths are made correctly by soaking the bones in water with 1-2 tbl

of lemon juice added; chicken is soaked 1/2 hr and others are soaked 1

hour. Then boil and simmer at a low heat - chicken for at least 7

hours and beef or pork for 24-27 hours.
