I ate broccoli for the first time in a months. I am adding in veggies

one at a time. It has given me symptoms that made me stop eating it

in the first place.

After eating broccoli, my hands and feet got itchy, flaring up my

eczema (my body is itchy as well, it hasn't been like this in months).

My intestines also became a bit grumbly. I got blood allergy testing

done this summer and broccoli and those in the cabbage family seemed

to be trouble foods for me, blood wise.

My question is is this healing or some other kind of reaction? Is

instant itchiness a die-off symptom or something more

allergic/intolerant?

Thanks,

==>Broccoli kills off candida so you are getting die-off symptoms;

just have a smaller amount to begin with and only gradually increase

it to minimize symptoms.

==>It is definitely not an allergic reaction unless you bought

commercial brocolli that is loaded with pestcides and irradiated?

It is a healing reaction. All of the symptoms you describe is what

the body creates when healing. See the Allergies and Healing

Naturally Folders for more info.
