==>It isn't the sea salt causing the problem; the problem is you

require more good fats, i.e. coconut oil, butter, etc. The body's

cells can only utilize and not not shed water when they have 2 major

things: minerals (ocean sea salt) and plenty of good fats per the

ratios I recommend.

==>It is critical for your adrenals to have enough salt, but also do

other things to help your adrenals. See the article on it; I think

it is either on it's own or in the Treatment Folder.

==>Do not lower your fats for sure! To feel better please

read " Taking the Fear Out of Eating Fat " in the Candida Diet Folder,

under Fat Facts.

Thanks for your input Bee! It is so wonderful to have a place to go

when questions arise, and to have someone with so much knowledge to help

is truly a blessing.

I'm doing quite will in the fat category - I have about 6 Tbs of CO and

3-4 Tbs of butter everyday. I also have the egg drink every morning for

breakfast and the fat in my meat the other two meals.

That being said, I will try to up the fat category and see what happens.

Thanks again!!!
