How long the garlic nose drops keep is dependent upon two things: 1) the quality of the garlic; certified organic is best, and 2) whether the water was filtered. If yes to both, you wouldn't have to make a fresh batch very often, but keep it in the fridge in any case - it should be okay for a week.
