Hello

What a ton of great information on your group. Thanks Bee. I am a

newbie here and sorry for not having kept the formatting issue in my

earlier attempted posts.

I started getting oral thrush in August, and before that I had a

couple of lesions inside my mouth which I never considered big deal

because my mom always got some sores too. I was tested to be

slightly anemic as well.

Anyways, to get to the point, I have several questions about your

program and die off symptom which I hope that is what I am going

through right now.

1) Is Nutritional Yeast supplement allowed on your Candida diet?

2) I know you say no fruit, but what about whole cranberry,

can't imagine it having any more sugar than a lemon

3) Glass pickled organic olives?

4) 100 percent organic cacao or chocolate?

5) Is there some sort symptom or sign to watch out for when I

know that I should start to focus on antifungal part of your

treatment? I know you said that it should be 3-6 months of doing

step 1 and 2.

6) I have a deep chest pain. It has been about a week since

being on your diet, and about 2-3 months of being on semi Candida

diet (still ate fruit and honey). This chest pain is the worst part,

I get these cough attacks (with lots and lots of mucous) so bad that

I almost feel like feinting. When I am lying down, I feel fine,

although I still have some hard time deep breathing. Whenever I try

to get up, I start to cough so I try to stay on the couch all day.

Is this really part of die off? Any tip in overcoming this chest

pain in particular?

7) I understand that candida feeds off carbs and sugar, but doesn't

all food somehow eventually turn into carb? I mean, couldn't candida

feed off of protein or vegetable?

Have great holidays everyone

Thanks

Tim,

San Diego
