acidophilus for constipation?

I'm wondering wether it's a good idea for me to take acidophilus for

constipation. It's recommended in the files, but I'm not even taking

antifungals of any significance since I'm not able to tolerate them

yet (small amounts of coconut oil and taheebo, that's all).

In fact, I'm wondering wether I should even stop the coconut oil since

this is probably from die off. The bloating and constipation has been

going on for quite a long time now. I can't get by without megadoses

of vitamin C and magnesium and still it's not enough. I do have

enough fats, and have tried pureed foods. I seem to have a very

stubborn case. Wouldn't I just get worse die off from acidophilus

every 30 minutes?
