Guest guest
Janey, About 6 months ago, I was so sick. They could not figure out what was wrong. My kidneys hurt so bad I thought I was going to die. I cut back on the amount of meat I was eating and it helped. I do'nt know if this will help you but am just letting you know someone else went through it as well. Bill

You can also have candida in your kidneys. Do ensure you are getting enough good fats in ratio to the amount of proteins you are consuming. Fats are very important for kidney health. I wouldn't lower your protein unless your fats aren't up the the right ratios. As my article Candida, How to Get Started states it is important to keep protein and fat ratios in line. Also apply wet heat to your kidneys, and take it easy on the fluids. Also take Epsom salt baths, do dry skin brushing, and coffee enemas to help your body detox. Cheers, Bee
Guest guest
Janey, I'm coming in late on this discussion. I'm taking it from context here that it's your kidneys that are hurting? This is just anecdotal, but a few months back, I felt like I was having UTI symptoms. I tracked it down through trial and error that it was my B complex creating the bladder spasms. So I haven't taken that particular B complex in many, many months. Yesterday, I took a capsule because it closely matches Bee's list for the B vitamins (except mine is all in 100 mg units). Well this morning I was laying in bed, and before I was completely awake, I thought to myself " humm. this feels like a bladder infection " and then I fully woke up and I was like " OH!!! It's that pesky B complex again! " I have been taking a different B complex and I have no trouble with that one, but it is not in line with Bee's recommendations. I plan to find one that does match B's specs and try that one. So I just thought I'd share this in case it could be of help to you. My sypathies for all your pain!
