Hi all,

I'm posting the following in case it might help: I had a bout of

constipation lately (quite uncomfortable to say the least). I tried

extra vit. C, extra magnesium, and other stuff; it would work (sort

of), and then constipation would set in again.

A few days ago, I started taking got digestive enzymes again, and it

took care of the constipation. What a relief!

==>Fran, that great to know! Good for you. I guess I just assume that

our members are taking digestive enzymes because they are required to

read my main article when they join. But of course people who are ill

and possibly have brain fog might not " get " it. Thanks for the

reminder.

Hi Bee,

Yes we sometimes forget things. In my case, it has a lot to do with

what I am able to afford. Other supplements like calcium/magnesium

usually have priority over digestive enzymes. But this week, luckily I

remembered digestive enzymes worked in the past for constipation.

Take good care,

Fran :- )
