==> , different forms of calcium, magnesium or other minerals are

more absorbable and useable by the body than other forms. The best

form is calcium citrate and magnesium citrate as my article

recommends. Natural Factors has them in citrate from and also you can

buy them separately, which is what you need to do in order to regulate

the ratio of calcium to magnesium per my main article.

I understand. Twinlab is calcium citrate but magnesium oxide. I take

magnesium citrate as well to balance them. Is it a bid deal that half

of my magnesium intake is oxide or is it imperative that I switch?
