Guest guest
> > Dear Bee, I have trouble gaging if I am eating enough nutrients. I am 98lbs and 5'2 " I eat 4 cups of vegetables and 1 lb. of meat per day. Also I fry with 6 tbs of coconut oil per day. > Could please tell me it I need to have more of something in my diet? ==>Have you figured out your ratios? For 5'2 " you would have the following: -protein 57 grams -fats 144 to 201 grams (low to high) -carbs 46 grams 1 pound of meat is an awful lot of protein. For example 1 lb. of ground beef contains 107 grams and 91 grams of fat per www.fitday.com. If you only fry with coconut oil and do not actually consume that much you would be getting too little fats in ratio to the protein and this will make you sick (gagging, nausea and problems with bowels). ==>Depending upon the kinds of veggies you are eating you would also be getting more protein from them. For example: 4 cups of broccoli contains 18.6 grams of protein; 2.18 grams of fat and 13.47 grams of carbs. ==>You also need to add fats you get from cod liver oil, which is usually noted on your bottle. Please go to our Candida Diet Folder and follow the directions the Ratios Folder for using www.fitday.com. You are eating way too much protein for sure. > I also have not had my period for almost 6 months? ==>Many women have had this problem with candida but they will come back given enough time. > > How come taking probiotics during the beginning of the candida diet is not helpful and does not work? ==>When you haven't killed off enough candida your intestines are not able to implant good probiotics so it's a waste to take them too soon. Also adding probiotics at the right time will kill off more candida at the time. To do the diet, antifungals and probiotics all at once causes too many die-off symptoms unless you do them in the Steps I recommend. Guest guest
I have never been tested. mom won't let me see the doctor anymore because I've gone so much over the years. I'm tall though. But I have always been very thin. How did you discover your gluten problem? I did start feeling better after a few days off my old diet. sabrina > > > > > > Dear Bee, > > > I have trouble gaging if I am eating enough nutrients. Guest guest
Hi , I found out about gluten problems by a nutritional consultant in a health store. He recommended that I stay off wheat and gluten and that's just what I did. I was going through a terrible time even when on the diet. Sometimes I would eat something with wheat and gluten and not know it and get fuzzy brained or get a yeast infection. Later, I went to a doctor who did an Igg Candida Blood test and I tested positive. Sorry, for replying so late. I hope this helps.
